I had a client who was often hard to please during our six-month work together. After we wrapped up, they emailed me to say how much they liked the final result. It felt great to see that my careful work was noticed. This little win reminds me that good communication with clients really pays off. A bit of praise can make all the difference in a job.

Actually, the idea of something "clicking in the last stretch" isn't really how it worked. The good feedback came from making small, steady changes all along, not just at the end. Like, I started listening more closely to early complaints and fixed those issues step by step. That built up to a better result overall.
