Found out my coworker with the same title makes $12k more than me through a random HR slip-up
I saw a payroll spreadsheet left on a printer in the Dallas office and noticed a senior guy with my exact job title pulls in $87k while I'm stuck at $75k. Do you think I should bring this up in my review or just look for a new job entirely?

Fair enough, but I'd say just quietly update the resume now. Bringing it up in a review can backfire real fast, even if you're calm about it. Once they know you know, the trust is gone either way.
