Hit 1,000 applications on LinkedIn last month and it messed with my head

I opened my profile stats just for fun and saw that number, then spent the next hour trying to remember if those clicks actually got me any interviews or if I'm just a professional window shopper now, has anyone else ever checked that stat and regretted it?

Yeah block out an hour weekly to actually apply to the good ones instead of just browsing.

Honestly that "professional window shopper" feeling is just life now with everything being a subscription or an app.

Yeah it's the same feeling I get when I realize half my streaming subscriptions just auto renew every month without me even watching them. We're all just paying for the option to maybe do stuff someday and never actually doing it.
