My barber's 20 minute speech made me question my whole resume

I was getting a fade in Chicago last Saturday and this guy starts telling me about how he quit a $60k office job to cut hair because he realized his resume was just a list of things he hated doing, not things he was good at. He pointed at my client-facing delivery stats and said 'that's proof you handle stress, so why are you hiding it in bullet point 4?' Has anyone else had a stranger point out something obvious that made you completely rework how you talk about your experience?
