Got called out for using a 4-inch grinder on a trim job... changed my whole approach.

My buddy got chewed out for using a big grinder on some door trim, left a real mess. He was so mad about it that night, just complaining nonstop. But the next day, he went out and bought a small multi-tool with the right blade. Said it was like night and day, way more control and a cleaner cut. He still grumbles about that first guy's tone, but admits it was a needed lesson. Sometimes a harsh call-out is what makes you change your ways for good.

Damn, wonder if a nicer tone would've gotten the same result though.
