Old foreman swore by water-based poly over oil. I argued with him for 6 months.
After refinishing a maple floor that yellowed bad with oil, I switched to water-based and it's held up perfect through 3 winters in Buffalo. Has anyone else had oil-based stuff let them down on a light wood project?
