Update: I stopped putting my whole life in one big notebook after a friend said I looked like a hoarder
Back in college I carried this giant 5 subject notebook everywhere, like 300 pages, and I filled every inch with class notes, dumb doodles, grocery lists, phone numbers. Last month my buddy Marcus glanced at it on my desk and said, "Dude, that thing looks like a hoarder's diary, you can't find anything in there." I got kinda mad at first, but he was right. I'd waste like 10 minutes flipping through old burger wrappers and expired coupons just to find a password I wrote down. So I switched to a small pocket notebook, like 3 by 5 inches, and I only use it for one thing at a time. If I need a grocery list, it goes on my phone. If I need meeting notes, that's the only stuff in the little book. Six months later and I actually use the thing every day instead of dreading it. Anyone else make that switch and feel weirdly lighter?
