Found a $6 banh mi that totally changed my lunch game

I was grabbing coffee at this random spot in Denver called Vinh Xuong Bakery last Tuesday and saw they had banh mi for $6. Figured I'd try one since I was starving. Dude the bread was still warm and the pork was piled on thick. Has anyone else found a cheap sandwich that actually tastes this good? I'm gonna go back tomorrow lol.

Oh man, that sounds amazing! I swear there's something special about those random cheap finds that just hit different than the fancy overpriced stuff. It's like the best food always comes from places where they aren't trying too hard to impress you. You walk in expecting a basic sandwich and end up with warm bread and piles of pork that taste like they actually care about the food. I've noticed that the more a place brags about their ingredients online, the more likely the sandwich is gonna be dry and tiny. Vinh Xuong Bakery knows what's up keeping it simple and cheap.
