Stopped ordering delivery for lunch and starting hitting up the hot bar at H Mart instead

I was dropping $12-$15 every day on DoorDash and getting cold food half the time. Figured I'd try the hot bar at H Mart down on Spring Street - loaded up a container with japchae and bulgogi for $7.50. Problem is I can never get out of there without grabbing a bag of shrimp chips too. Anyone else find a grocery store hot bar that beats the takeout spots?

Oh dang, do they still have that gochujang-glazed chicken there or did they swap it out? I keep meaning to try their hot bar but the one near me always runs out of the good stuff by like 2 PM.

oh man @luna_craig58, i feel your pain on that so much. i swear every time i finally work up the nerve to hit up that hot bar around lunch, the good stuff is already gone. it's like they only make like two trays of the gochujang chicken and the rest is just sad steamed broccoli and plain rice. the one near me is the same way, i've literally shown up at 1:45 and the chicken section is just an empty metal pan with a few stray crumbs, it's brutal. i hope they haven't swapped it out though, that stuff is way too good to lose, even if i can never get my hands on it.
