Taco trucks keep pulling the same price switcheroo on me

Three different trucks near downtown LA tried charging me $9 for a burrito that was $7 on the menu last week. I called it out and they said 'oh, prices went up' but the menu board still said $7. If you're gonna charge more, update the sign or tell me before I order, not after. This happened 4 times in the last month alone. Anyone else catching this and just paying to avoid the awkwardness?
