Found a trick for bagging groceries that actually saves time

Had a buddy tell me about the time he tried to bag groceries "by category" and it backfired hard. He put all the cold stuff together, then all the dry stuff together, then all the produce together. Ended up with a bag that had a gallon of milk on top of some grapes and a loaf of bread. The milk crushed the grapes and squished the bread flat. He said his wife walked in, looked at the bag, and just laughed for like five minutes straight. So yeah, whatever trick you found, make sure it's not just grouping things by type without thinking about weight too.
