Look at it from his side. He's just trying to win big and get some potassium, which is a solid plan. You were probably the weird one for staring.

My buddy Dave had a whole thing like that at a county fair. He was just trying to enjoy his deep fried Oreo when a guy in a full banana costume started doing push-ups next to the ring toss. Dave gave him a look, and the banana stopped, pointed right at him, and said "judgement blocks blessings." It was a whole scene. Honestly, after reading @the_thea's take, maybe Dave was the problem for breaking the guy's focus. The banana was just in his own world, chasing that plush tiger and hitting his daily nutrients.
