The clerk at Kroger was right about the express lane math

Back in 2019 a cashier in Cincinnati told me to never trust the 15 items or less sign because people can't count. Last week I got stuck behind a guy with 23 things and a price check, took 11 minutes. Anyone else find express lanes are just a suggestion now?

Man, honestly the express lane is for people who can count to 15, and that guy clearly had bigger problems than you did. If you're in that big of a hurry, self-checkout exists for a reason.
