Been skeptical of sous vide for years. After using one for a pork shoulder last weekend I might be a convert. Who else had a change of heart about something?

My ice cream maker sat unused for three years until I finally tried it and now I use it weekly.

Same here with @abby_chen on the ice cream maker, sous vide pork is a game changer for tender meat every time lol.
