Chose cast iron over non-stick for my brunch shift. Regretting it hard.
I figured cast iron would hold heat better for all those eggs and pancakes at once. After three straight hours flipping omelets, my wrist is screaming and everything is sticking anyway. Any tips for keeping cast iron non-stick on a busy line?

Sounds like you traded one headache for another.

Not really, I think you're missing the point a bit. The first setup had me debugging single lines of code for hours, and the new one just worked out of the box. The headache I had before was way worse - like trying to fix a weird CSS bug that only showed up in a certain browser at a specific window size. Now I deal with different problems, sure, but they're way less frustrating overall. It's more like swapping a toothache for a paper cut than one headache for another.
