Gas ranges are ruining home cooking and I'm tired of pretending they aren't

I read a comment from a line cook in Portland last week saying induction is the only way to get consistent heat at home. Tried a cheap induction burner for searing steaks and my results were way better than my gas range after 3 tries. Anyone else made the switch and regretted how long you waited?

Yeah, I used to be full team gas but I tried my friend's induction cooktop last month and honestly it changed my mind. Regret not switching sooner.

Did your friend's electric bill go down too?
