Had a line cook tell me he never washes his hands after handling raw chicken... right there on the expo line last Friday.
He just laughed and said 'the heat kills everything' when I called him out on it - has anyone else run into cooks with that kind of attitude and how do you even deal with it without starting a whole kitchen fight?

Is this guy trying to get people sick? @phoenix_adams60 you're right, that's nasty. Heat doesn't kill cross contamination.
