Hit 100 covers on a Friday night solo and it broke me

I've been hustling as a line cook for about 3 years now. Last Friday, the other guy called in sick, so I was running the whole station alone. Did 100 covers by myself. Thought I was tough but my hands were shaking by 10pm. Made me realize this job is pure survival mode sometimes. Any of you ever have a shift number that just hit different?

What was the worst ticket you got during that rush

Oh man, the worst one for me was a "failure to yield" right at a tricky merge. Cop said I cut someone off but honestly that person was going like 20 under the limit and practically begging to be passed. Had to go to traffic school for that one, total waste of a Saturday.
