Hit 1000 covers solo last Saturday and nearly dropped the pass

We had a 4-top walk in at 8pm plus a 40 person banquet on the books, so I was already running thin. I plated my 1000th dish of the night around 9:45 and my ticket printer just kept spitting, I almost lost a duck breast because my brain went blank. Anyone else track their solo cover counts and hit a wall where your hands work but your head checks out?
