Oh man, my buddy left a bottle in his cupboard for a year.

@anthony_jenkins61 a whole year? That is wild. I've heard some people keep it for like 2 years and think it's fine but that always sounds risky to me. That bottle probably turned into a science experiment by month 8. Did your buddy ever open it and regret it? I stored mine in the fridge after the first time I found mold floating on top.
