That expensive knife sharpener I bought was a total waste of $150
Picked up one of those fancy electric sharpeners from a brand called Chef'sChoice last month thinking it would save me time. After using it on my 8-inch Wusthof, the edge came out uneven and I could barely slice a tomato. Anyone else had bad luck with those powered sharpeners and stuck to stones instead?
