Hit 10,000 parts on the same insert last month and I honestly thought the counter was broken
I was running 6061 plate on an old Haas VF2 and the tool life counter rolled past 10k before I finally swapped the insert out of pure guilt. Still cut within .002 on the last part, which feels like it shouldn't be possible. Anybody else get way more life than the book says on aluminum, or did I just get lucky with this batch?
