Switched from coolant mist to flood coolant 2 years ago

Used to run mist on my Haas VF-2SS and dealt with clogged nozzles and nasty airborne residue all the time. Swapped to a full flood setup after a job in Phoenix last summer and the tool life jumped 40% on 6061 aluminum. Anyone else make the switch and notice a big difference in chip evacuation?

Ha! Welcome to the club, took you long enough. Nothing beats watching chips fly like a firehose instead of that weak little spritz.
