This kitchen drawer guide I'm milling keeps coming out wonky no matter what I do

I've recalibrated three times and it's still off by a few thou.

If the piece isn't held down tight, it'll move and ruin your cut. A sharp bit makes all the difference too.

Wait that can actually ruin the whole piece?

Bar clamps are your best friend for this! I learned the hard way with a cheap spring clamp that failed. Pushing the router too fast can also pull the piece, so take it slow even with a sharp bit.
