Tool setter vs manual touch off, which way do you actually run?
I spent 3 months using a Renishaw probe on every setup, then went back to paper touch offs for a big job last week and the cycle time difference was crazy. Do you trust the automation or your fingers when tolerance is plus or minus 0.0005?
