Dropped $79 on a Python course bundle from a Facebook ad, and it taught me less than one free YouTube video
Bought one of those "20 courses in 1" bundle deals from an ad I kept seeing on Facebook a couple months back. It was $79 and I figured why not since I was just starting out, but each course was like 3 hours of some guy reading slides out loud. I only got through 4 of them before I quit and went back to a free 6 hour YouTube tutorial that actually made functions click for me. Now I'm wondering if I should bother asking for a refund or just eat the loss. Has anyone here gotten burned by one of those cheap course bundles too?
The "some guy reading slides out loud" part hits home, I've sat through way too many of those. Been there with a $30 Udemy bundle that I never finished, and honestly the free stuff on YouTube taught me more too. For 79 bucks though I'd at least try the refund, worst they do is say no.
