Just hit 100 lines of code in my first Python script
I was working on a simple program to sort my grocery list by aisle at the local Safeway, and when I checked the line count, it was exactly 100. It mattered because a month ago, I couldn't write more than ten lines without getting stuck. Has anyone else had a small win that made coding feel more real?

Oh man, that's awesome! My first real win was getting a dumb little text game to work. It just asked your name and picked a random number, but when it ran without errors I felt like a genius. Those early little victories totally change how you see yourself. It goes from "I'm trying to code" to "I CAN code.

Nice milestone. Keep stacking those wins.

Remember that feeling when a win just clicks? My buddy hit his sales goal last quarter, totally stuck before that. He started tracking small daily stuff, like just three new calls before lunch. @bettyperry, that "stacking wins" thing is real. He said hitting those tiny goals built up until the big one didn't seem so scary anymore.
