I brewed 100 cups of pour over in 30 days and my kettle whistle is now a personal enemy
So I got this dumb idea last month to do a pour over every single morning for 30 days straight, no drip, no cheating. By day 12 I was weighing beans at 6am like a mad scientist and my roommate started calling me the coffee goblin of apartment 4B. The weird part is around cup 60 something clicked and I could actually taste the difference between a 2:30 and 3:00 bloom, which sounds fake but I swear it isn't. Now my gooseneck kettle whistles at me from the counter like it knows I'm about to mess up the pour. Anyone else hit a random streak like this and come out the other side weirdly picky about water temp?
