Spent $90 on a gooseneck kettle and my pour over finally tastes right
Been using a regular tea kettle for 2 years and my coffee always came out bitter or weak. Turns out the slow pour is the whole trick, water hits the grounds even instead of dumping in one spot.
Wait, you went two whole years like that? I would have given up on pour over way before that. Guess I need to stop being cheap and just get the kettle.
