Water temperature really does make a difference, doesn't it? I've noticed cold water tastes crisper, while warm water can bring out more subtle flavors. It's like how tea or coffee changes with brewing temperature. Makes you wonder if we're all missing out by not paying attention. Why don't more people talk about this?
