Warning: I brewed coffee with water straight from the tap for 12 years
I grabbed a cheap $9 water filter on a whim at Target in March and the coffee tasted like a totally different drink. My buddy Dave came over, took one sip, and asked if I switched beans. Nope, same dark roast from the grocery store I always buy. The tap water in my building just had this faint chlorine thing going on that I never noticed until it was gone. Now I'm wondering what else I've been missing, so does anyone else filter their brew water or am I late to this?
