A customer at my Longmont shop asked why my invoices looked like a receipt from a gas station and it stung but he was right
Been running my landscaping business out of Longmont for 4 years and always just scribbled jobs on a generic template with no logo or itemized lines. Guy I did a $1,850 retaining wall for looked at the bill and said he almost went with someone else because it looked like I was hiding something. Anyone else get called out on stuff like that and actually change how you run your paperwork?
