Unpopular opinion: a $60 registered agent beats LegalZoom for a Colorado LLC every time
Filed my Boulder LLC through one of those online services two years ago and it sat in a black hole for 3 weeks, but my neighbor's agent picked up the phone on a Tuesday and had his paperwork stamped by Friday.
