Long boxes for $5 each" sounds like someone cleaning out a basement, not a dealer. At that price, I'm more suspicious of what's underneath the surface books than excited about the deals. Could be water damage or mold if they've been stored wrong, but $5 is cheap enough to take a gamble if you check each one careful.

@ivanjones maybe those boxes are from a collector who just wants them gone and $5 is less than the cardboard is worth.
