Found a hidden gem comic shop in Portland with a full Silver Age bin

I was killing time before an appointment on Hawthorne and stumbled into this tiny shop called Back Issue Alley. They had a whole long box of Silver Age books priced under $10 each, which I thought was impossible in 2024. I snagged a 1967 Flash for 8 bucks with a crease on the cover but the inside is clean. Anyone else find a spot like this lately where the owner just wants books read, not graded and flipped?

Holy crap, 8 bucks for a Silver Age Flash? I don't believe you. That's not a comic shop, that's a time machine. My last yard sale find was a 1970s Daredevil with a coffee ring on it and they still wanted 15 bucks for it. Crease or not, that's a steal. Good on you for giving that book a home instead of letting some flipper slab it. I need to get up to Portland and dig through that bin before the secret gets out.
