Had a change of heart about reading digital comics on my phone

I used to be one of those people who swore paper was the only way to enjoy comics. Then my buddy loaned me his tablet for a week and I read through the first three arcs of Saga on it. The panel zoom feature and how the colors popped on screen really sold me. After that I bought a cheap refurbished Kindle Fire just for comics and I haven't looked back. Anyone else flip from paper to digital after resisting for years?

The "colors popped on screen" part really got me, that's what sealed it for me too. It's funny how we dig in on one way of doing things until we actually experience the alternative firsthand, then wonder what took us so long. I see it all the time at home with my kids and how they just adapt to whatever works best for them in the moment.

You mentioning kids adapting on the fly @park.riley makes me think that's actually the secret weapon adults lose over time lol. They just jump in without all the overthinking we do.
