Last month at a shop in Tampa I had $40 on me and a choice between one big key issue and five cheap filler books from the dollar bins. I went with the fillers because I actually wanted to read them that night, and I ended up finishing all five instead of bagging and boarding one book I would never open. Do you buy comics to read them or to hold them, and which one wins when you only have $40?
