Honestly, waiting on the electric meter swap held up our whole Reno job for six weeks
Everyone says pull your permits early and you're fine, but that wasn't my deal at all. The hold up was NV Energy taking 41 days to swap a meter at our tenant build-out on South Virginia Street, and we lost almost 6 weeks of schedule because of one piece of equipment. Ngl, I now call the utility before we even sign the lease. Anyone else get wrecked by a utility lead time instead of the permit office?

Electric company sat on our panel upgrade for five weeks, so permits were never the problem.
