Just switched from paper blueprints to a tablet on site last month

For 12 years I hauled around rolled up prints that got soaked in the rain and torn at the edges. Now I'm pulling up PDFs on a ruggedized Samsung tablet and marking changes right there on the screen. Has anyone else made the switch and found a good app for marking up floor plans?

The first time I pulled up a PDF on site instead of unrolling a soggy print, I was honestly shocked at how much time I saved. I was one of those old school guys who swore paper was the only way, but the markup tools on Bluebeam changed my mind quick. Now I can zoom into any detail and leave notes without hunting for a dry pen or a clear spot on the page.

Pro tip though, save a backup copy before you start marking things up in case the file gets corrupted.
