Oh yeah, that's so true. We faced the same thing on a retail rollout last year. The client was obsessed with these custom light fixtures that had a six-week lead time. But the lease started in three weeks, so we just slapped up some basic fluorescents to get the doors open. I mean, it looked kinda rough for a bit, but at least they were making money. Idk, sometimes function just has to win, you know?
