Totally agree with that, it's like when you see one person speak up and suddenly everyone feels safe to do the same. I've noticed in my own life how small acts of defiance can really snowball into something bigger, like when a coworker finally says "that's not okay" and suddenly the whole team is nodding along. It makes you realize how much we all kind of wait for someone else to go first before we admit something's wrong. That's the thing about solidarity, it's not just about standing together in the moment, it's about breaking a pattern of silence that's been going on way too long.
