Tried spray foam on a retail build in Austin last month, got way different results than I expected

Every insulation guy I know swore by fiberglass batts for commercial work, but I ran spray foam in a 2,000 square foot shell and the sound dampening was way better than I figured. The catch was it took almost three weeks to cure right in that humidity and the GC was not happy about the delay. Has anyone else dealt with cure time issues on spray foam in warmer climates?

Yeah, turned the fans up high and it still took forever to set lol
