Vent: The new office building downtown has a massive design flaw in the main lobby

I was in Charlotte yesterday checking out that new 12-story tower on Main. The whole front entrance is this huge, beautiful glass wall, but the HVAC vents are mounted directly above it. You can already see a thick line of condensation dripping down the inside of the glass, and it's only May. The building manager told me they've had to run dehumidifiers 24/7 since the ribbon-cutting. How does a multi-million dollar project miss something that basic? Has anyone else run into this kind of moisture issue with curtain walls?

That "thick line of condensation" is already there after just a few months?

Dehumidifiers since the RIBBON-CUTTING? That's a crazy expensive band-aid.
