Vent: We used a standard 2x4 layout versus a 24-inch on-center layout for a warehouse mezzanine.

The 24-inch OC saved us 15% on material and cut install time by a full day on the 5,000 sq ft job. Anyone else made a switch like that recently?

Ever try 19.2 inch OC? We saved even more on a similar deck last year.

What kind of savings are we talking? Was the quality still decent?
