Worst week on a hotel job in Austin last spring
Three days straight of rain. Dirt turned to mud. Can't pour concrete like that. Then the steel delivery showed up three hours early. Nobody ready. Foreman lost his cool. Told the supplier guy to "take it back to San Antonio." That cost us $2,400 in rescheduling fees. Has anyone else dealt with a delivery showing up way off schedule?

Started calling half hour before scheduled delivery now. Works every time.
