Had a chat with an old saturation diver that changed how I think about gas mixes
Ran into a guy named Mike at the shop in Port Fourchon last week. He told me he's been running trimix on dives as shallow as 100 feet for years now. Made me realize I've been sticking to standard nitrox out of habit when I could be getting better bottom time with a different blend. Anyone else ever tweak their gas mix on a shallow job and notice a big difference?
