My Kirby Morgan band mask cracked mid-dive off the coast of Galveston last Tuesday

I was doing a routine hull inspection at about 40 feet and suddenly felt water trickling down my cheek. Turns out a hairline crack in the faceport skirt let seawater in. Has anyone else had an old band mask just give up on them like that?

Oh man, that's rough! I'd hit that spot with Aquaseal as a temp fix.

@shane244 That quick fix mentality is how most things get by these days, just like people patching a tire instead of replacing it. Temporary solutions always seem to stretch out longer than planned.
