That cheap drysuit valve cost me $400 in lost time
I bought a set of replacement inflator valves off eBay for $30 to save money. They worked fine for about a week then one froze open on a 60 foot dive in Puget Sound. I had to abort the whole job and come up slow which ate up 3 hours of billable time. My buddy told me to always stick with Kirby Morgan parts. Has anyone else had a cheap part ruin a day underwater?
