Finally found a back road that saves me 12 minutes on my morning drive
Used to sit in the same traffic jam on Highway 99 for almost a year before I tried cutting through the industrial park near the train yard. Now I roll in with time to grab coffee before my first drop. Anyone else find a hidden route that totally changed their commute?

Actually the thing that took me way too long to figure out is that leaving early changes how other people treat you too. When you're always the one rushing in frazzled and apologizing, people start seeing you as unreliable even if you stay late. But showing up calm and prepared ten minutes early? That shifts the whole dynamic. People just assume you're on top of things and they come to you with questions less often because they figure you've already got it handled.
