The 7:15 express got 12 minutes faster in one month

I take the 7:15 from Union Station every day and last month it was consistently 45 minutes. Now it's down to 33 minutes and I'm arriving at work early instead of barely on time. Anybody else notice faster times on their line lately?

Just a small note, that train never took 45 minutes even on its worst days. You might be mixing it up with the 7:30 local which always ran slower. The express schedule has actually been 38 minutes for the last two years before this change. Either way, it's nice to have some extra time in the morning now.

Gotta admit I'm usually the one showing up late and blaming the train, so this whole "arriving early" thing has me completely lost lol. My brain doesn't know what to do with those extra 12 minutes, I just stand on the platform looking confused like I missed something. Glad it's not just me noticing the faster times though, thought I was finally losing my grip on reality for a second there.
